80 Series Front Crossmember Gussets

These are designed specifically for 40 Series to 80 Series chassis swaps. The front crossmember is cut and flipped to align with the new body position on the 80 Series chassis.
Previously, we would bend the original brackets up and hammer them flat — a time-consuming process that also required metal finishing skills.
Now, by cutting off the factory brackets entirely, the process is much easier for a clean installation.
Each bracket is manufactured using CNC laser cutting and CNC bending for accuracy and consistency. We’ve also added a pressed flange to closely replicate the look and strength of the original factory parts.
