By visiting this site and sending us emails you are communicating with us electronically and subsequently are providing consent to receive communications with us electronically. Our communications with you will be via email and website postings.

By using this site you are not required to create an account, however if you do choose to do so you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You can use credit cards as a method of payment and authorise us to charge your order (including taxes and freight charges) to that card. If the credit card used cannot be verified, is invalid or not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Product Description

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products, however do not warrant that any product descriptions available on this site are completely accurate, up to date or reliable. If you believe the product purchased from us is not as described then it is your responsibility to return it to us, unused and where possible in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

It is customer responsibility to read the product descriptions in order to obtain accurate data about the products and what’s included in the offering of products, bundles and kits and you shouldn’t be relying purely on images provided. Prices

References to $ and dollars on the website are Australian currency and all prices are current at the time of posting. We aim to ensure the accuracy of website pricing, however in the event of system errors, if you purchase a product at the incorrect price, we will contact you as soon as possible and reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund or charge the balance of the mistaken price to you.

Estimated Delivery Date

An estimated delivery date is available on all orders placed on our platform. This should only be used as an guide, as it’s educated guess based on recommended delivery times by our shipping partners. Actual delivery times may vary.

If items are on backorder, the system will cater for dispatch and recommend approximate delivery date. Should there be delays, Refab will do its best to updated customers within reasonable time.

Shipping Policy

Products on the website may attract shipping unless they are pick up from our pick up locations. Products classified as bulky goods over regular postage size, 5 kg dead weight, used by our couriers may attract further handling charges due to their size.

All products attracting free shipping during free shipping promotions will be shipped by Refab and include free shipping insurance. For all other products including bulky goods optional shipping and shipping insurance may be purchased by the customer during the check out process.

Refab reserves the right to amend the Shipping Terms at any time and amended terms are effective once posted on the site. We recommend you review this page regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes to the Free Shipping Policy.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price within 30 days of the order date, provided that the product comes back to us in its original condition.

For the purchase of pre-orders, special orders and demo stock, no refund for change of mind or incorrect size/colour chosen. No cancellation after payment is made. Refab will accept returns for goods purchased from us and offer a repair, replacement or refund and/or provide part compensation (conditions apply) for the item if the item:

Are faulty, or become faulty within a reasonable time after purchase, or are still under warranty
Are not fit for any purpose stated in our item listing or they don’t do what we said they would do
Don’t match our description or display stock that you have inspected
Are of unacceptable quality, or
Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

In some cases there will be products that are excluded from our Returns Policy unless they are faulty. Also in some cases a refund, replacement or repair will not be offered. These apply to following:

When product has been substantially modified
User instructions or packaging labels are not followed
Simply change your mind
Special Orders and Custom parts.
