Front Cross Member Flip 40 Series Land Cruiser To 80 Series Chassis

The cross member flip is a easy job its a good spot to mount the front bib hinge and makes a neat tidy front end. Use a thin cutting disc and do not cut into the chassis.

when cutting the inner welds make sure they are close to the weld so you don’t leave the cross member too short for welding. once all welds are cut gently use a hammer to shock the cross member loose. (It doesn’t need much force if cut correctly)
