We used 3D scan data to design a precision-engineered kit.
Our unique design braces both kinks in the chassis rail, delivering optimal strength once the vehicle is converted into a ute. After years of selling products for the 80 and 105 Series, customer feedback has shown that our kits make a massive difference to chassis performance and durability.
Each kit includes a cutting jig that aligns with a factory hole in the chassis, providing a pre-marked cutting line for a neat, square, and perfect fit.
This kit also pairs perfectly with our tray mount kits for chopped utes — combining functionality, precision, and a clean aesthetic design.
The kit includes Laser cut and CNC bent mild steel
