Tray Mount Kit Part Index !

Tray Mount Kit Information.

This kit fits the 80/105 series chassis but can be used for many Different builds.

  • Chopped 80/105 series Ute/ Pick up conversions.
  • 40 series to 80 Chassis.
  • will need modification for Dual Cab Builds. ( see below)

Refer to your Engineer Of choice for weld produces and use of the product in your country or state.

Middle Tray Mounts

STEP 4 ! follow the same steps to fit the other side. IMPORTANT NOTE if you are using this kit for  a dual cab check middle tray mount modification below.

Middle Tray Mount

On Dual cab builds these middle mounts and gussets can be trimmed to suit different positions on the chassis just remove coil springs and fit  wheels of choice. Jack axle up to check full travel on bump stops for tyre clearance.
